3 Concluding and Confirming Allowance Transactions. All Allowance Transactions that are forward transactions shall contain the information stipulated in, and, if confirmed with a Confirmation, shall be substantially in the form of the sample confirmation sheet attached as Annex 2(A) to this Allowances Appendix or, with respect to other types of transactions, in such other form as the Parties may agree. edit
