Delivery Business Day: Means, in respect of an EU Emissions Allowance Transaction, any day, which is not a Saturday or Sunday, on which commercial banks are open for general business in both Delivering Party’s Delivery Business Day Location and the Receiving Party’s Delivery Business Day Location. edit
