Holding Account: Means a form of digital record maintained in a Registry (pursuant to and in accordance with the Registries Regulation) that is able to be used to record the allocation (if applicable), holding and transfer of Allowances of the Allowance Type that is to be delivered under the relevant EU Emissions Allowance Transaction pursuant to and in accordance with the Scheme. view template
