“In accordance with” is a compound preposition which you may improve, without loss of fidelity, by replacing it with a simple preposition, or even a verb.
Why say “in accordance with the contract” when you mean “under the contract”?
Why say “I shall be obliged to act in accordance with your instructions” when you mean “I will follow your instructions”?
