Full text of Paragraph Rules

Rules means the rules for the time being of the Stock Exchange (where either Party is a member of the Stock Exchange) and/or any other regulatory authority whose rules and regulations shall from time to time affect the activities of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement including but not limited to the stocklending regulations and guidance notes relating to both stocklending and manufactured interest and dividends for the time being in force of the Commissioners of the Inland Revenue and any associated procedures required pursuant thereto (PROVIDED THAT in an Event of Default, where either Party is a member of the Stock Exchange, the Rules and Regulations of the Stock Exchange shall prevail); view template
