	This addendum applies where the Agent wishes to enter into an {{gmslaprov\|Agency Loan}} on behalf of more than one {{gmslaprov\|Principal}}. The {{gmslaprov\|Agency Annex}} shall apply to such a {{gmslaprov\|Loan}} subject to the modifications and additional terms and conditions contained in paragraph {{gmslaprov\|Addendum 2}} to {{gmslaprov\|Addendum 7}} below. <br>		This addendum applies where the Agent wishes to enter into an {{gmslaprov\|Agency Loan}} on behalf of more than one {{gmslaprov\|Principal}}.
