The settlement and delivery section of the EFET Allowances Appendix is balanced rather haphazardly between Clauses 4 and Clauses 6. Since, being the efficient soul he is, the JC has endeavoured to commentate collectively on the three master agreements governing the emissions market, the way this commentary is organised might seem a bit weird.
