An idiosyncratic stroll through matters of law, philosophy, language, technology, cricket and high finance — and nothing really penetrating to say despite taking 4,499 articles at last count — yes, you read that right — to say it.
Here you will find obstinate views of master trading agreements and their paraphernalia, organised into evolving anatomy and nutshell guides. These may be out of date, incomplete, flippant — well, they are flippant — utter rubbish or just not there when you need them. Just so you know.
Also you will find much ado about plain English, buzzwords, flannel, Latin, Greek, metaphor (a literary device sadly overlooked in legal documentation) and eggs.
