Classic over-communication from the ISLA drafting committee. Nothing in the agreement says you can’t use a third party vendor and there are no confidentiality provisions, so arguably this clause isn’t needed.

“But it won’t hurt to include it”, that drafting committee must have thought.

Nor will painting a live camel with lentil soup.
