This term does not appear in the {{{1]}} but it really should. If it did, one could avoid a wealth of wasted flannel: “{{{{{1}}}prov|Eligible Credit Support}} or {{{{{1}}}prov|Equivalent Credit Support}} as the case may be” kind of thing. And “{{{{{1}}}prov|Delivery Amount}} or {{{{{1}}}prov|Return Amount}} as the case may be”.
But when a golden opportunity presents itself, what kind of lawyer can resist spreading flannel far and wide, honestly?
