No, there is no such term

I know, I know: the term Credit Support does not appear in the 1995 CSA. But really, it should. If it did, one could avoid a wealth of wasted flannel: “Eligible Credit Support or Equivalent Credit Support as the case may be” kind of thing. And “Delivery Amount or Return Amount as the case may be”.

But when a golden opportunity presents itself, what kind of lawyer can resist spreading flannel far and wide, honestly?
